Often referred to as the “Godfather of Rave,” Slipmatt began his career as a resident DJ at Raindance in 1989.
His involvement in the acid house and early rave scene around 1988 and 1989 helped shape the movement and inspired his older brother Paul to create the Raindance brand.
Raindance continues to run events today.
